Thanks for being here. From the Ashes is a way for me to talk and share about my journey with mental illness. The name comes from a line out of a song "From the ashes he makes beautiful things, I know because he did it in me." No matter how dark mental illness gets or how many times I feel like I fall apart, I know that even the hardest of struggles can be turned into something beautiful.
